    Fish is really vital in our diet. I’ve been a fish advocate but it is only now that i know about these 3 healthiest of fish. Thank you for the information. Hope you will write more about good food and not just chiropractic.

    The photo above makes me hungry. I love salmon! I haven’t tried the Portuguese Mackerel yet so I have to try this soon. It’s good to know that we can benefit a lot by eating the right kind of food especially fish. I like to serve fish meals to my kids.
