Sometime Williams flexion exercises help, sometimes McKenzie extension exercises help. Sometimes traction helps and many times spinal decompression helps.

For the not so serious disc herniation, are their any exercises that heals and prevent further damage. Is William’s flexion exercise helps? How about Lumbar Traction?

This is a great help to most patients in many ways. One is the psychological aspect towards how they view their condition. Most patients who are not well versed with the medical field feels helpless since it affects the spine. Surgery for them is morbid.

spinal decompression is not a magic bullet. but when used as the center piece of a comprehensive rehabilitation program it can work wonders. keep up the great work dr. spallone.
